OU Instance Component Mapping

This activity allows you to map the available components and the OU instances in the repository. You can also view the mapped components and OU instances. You can also delete the existing component – OU mapping by clicking the delete icon in the multiline.

Select the “Perform OU Instance - Component Mapping” link under the “Implementation Process” business component.

The “OU Instance Component Mapping” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details in the header:

OU Instance	The name of the organization unit for which the component has to be mapped.
	A unique identification number of the OU instance for which the component has to be mapped.
OU Instance Desc.	The description of organization unit.

To view the details of OU Instance Component Mapping

Click the “View OU Instance Component Mapping” pushbutton to view all the components mapped to the OU Instance.

The system displays the details in the multiline.

Enter the following details in the multiline:

Component Name

The component name which is to be mapped to the organization unit.

The system displays the following details in the multiline.

Comp. Desc.

The detailed name of the component.

To map the component details to the OU Instance

Click the “OU Instance Component Mapping” pushbutton to save the mapped component details to the OU Instance.

The system saves the mapped OU instance - component details.
