Help On OU Id And OU Name

This page helps you to fetch and select the Organization Unit (OU) details. You can select the details of organization unit by specifying the unique number identifying the OU instance, the name of OU instance and the description of OU instance. The details are fetched in the multiline and the selected data is transferred to the main screen when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon next to the “Default OU Instance” Field.

The “Help On OU Id And OU Name” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the header:

OU Instance ID	A unique number identifying the OU instance by which you wish to retrieve the organization unit details.
OU Instance Name	A unique name of the OU instance by which you wish to retrieve the organization unit details.
OU Instance Desc.	The description of OU instance.

Click the “Fetch OU Instance Details” pushbutton to fetch all OU Instance details.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline:

OU Instance ID	A unique number identifying the OU instance.
OU Instance Name	The name of the OU instance.
OU Instance Desc.	The description of OU instance.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the OU Instance details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
