Maintain Task Privileges

The activity allows you to maintain the task privileges for the role – OU combinations. You can map or unmap the tasks given to the role – OU combination. You can fetch the details by specifying the role name, OU instance name, component name and activity name. You can also filter the details by the access rights given to the tasks.
Select the “Maintain Task Privileges” link under the “Implementation Process” business component.
The “Maintain Task Privileges” page appears.

Enter the following details in the header:

Role Name |
A unique name identifying the user role for which the task privileges has to be maintained. Mandatory |

OU Name |
A unique name identifying the organization unit for which the task privileges has to be maintained. Mandatory Press ENTER. |

Component Desc. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the component name for which the task privileges have to be maintained. The combo is loaded with component names based on the “Role name” and “OU Name” entered. |

Activity Desc. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the activity name for which the task privileges have to be maintained. The combo is loaded with activity names based on the “Component Name” entered. |

ILBO Desc. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the ILBO Code for which the task privileges have to be maintained. The combo is loaded with ILBO codes based on the “Activity Name” entered. |

Access Rights Filter |
Use the drop-down list box to select the access rights filter for the task. The combo is loaded with “Fetch All Permitted Tasks” and “Fetch All Unpermitted Tasks”. |
Click the “Fetch Details” pushbutton to fetch the task details.
The system displays the following details in the “Task Details” multiline.

The component name. |

ILBO Description |
The ILBO name of the activity. |

Task Name |
The task name which is given as privilege to the user. |

Task Description |
The description of the task. |
Click the “Update Privileges” pushbutton to update the task privileges provided to the role – OU combination.
The system map / unmap the tasks provided to the role – OU combinations.
