Help On Component Activity Ilbo Control

This page helps you to fetch and select the component – activity – ilbo – control details. You can select the details by specifying the role name and organization unit name to which the component, activity and ilbo code is mapped. Based on the search criteria the details are fetched in the multiline and the selected data is transferred to the main screen when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon next to the “Component Name” Field.

The “Help On Component Activity Ilbo Control” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the header:

Role Name	A unique name of the user role by which you wish to retrieve the details.
OU Name	The name of the organization unit.
Component Name	A unique name of the component by which you wish to retrieve the details.
ActivityName	A unique name of the activity by which you wish to retrieve the details.
Ilbo Code	A unique code identifying the Ilbo name of the activity by which you wish to retrieve the details.

Click the “Fetch Component Activity Ilbo Control for given Role - Ou” pushbutton to fetch all roles details.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline:

Comp Name	The name of the component.
Comp Desc	The description of the component.
Activity Name	The name of the activity.
Activity Description	The description of the activity.
ILBO Code	The ILBO code of the activity.
Ilbo Desc	The description of the Ilbo code.
Control ID	Displays list of all the controls available in a particular ILBO.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the controls combination of component – activity - Ilbo.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
