Use this page to abort or reset the employee schedule generation, for a rota schedule.
Select the “ Set Schedule Generation Status” option from the left pane.
The “Set Schedule Generation Status ” page appears.
The system displays the following field

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More details. |
Enter the following
|
Time Management Scheduling Unit |
Select the organization unit in which the employee schedule generation status must be set. Tell me more. |
|
Employment Unit |
Select the organization unit that interacts with the Time Management Scheduling Unit, to access the employee schedule generation status. This organization unit must hold the Employment Information component. Tell me more. |
|
Rota Plan |
The code of the rota plan whose employee schedule generation status must be aborted or reset. |
|
Session ID |
The Session ID that identifies the employee schedule generation. |
|
|
The session ID was first generated in the “Generate Employee Schedule” page. |
Select the “Show Status” pushbutton
The “Rota Schedules“ multiline displays the status details, as follows

Rota Schedule Code |
The code of each rota schedule, under which the employee schedule generation must be aborted or reset. |

Rota Schedule Description |
The description of the rota schedule code. |
|
Process Status |
The status of the process can be one of the three: “Initiated“, “Aborted“ or “Processed“. |
Select the rota schedule record to be aborted, by checking the box beside the record, in the “Select” column
Select the “Abort” pushbutton
The process is aborted for the selected rota schedule records
Select the “Reset” pushbutton to reset the whole process.
Select the “Error Log” link to view the page.
Note: After you abort the employee schedule generation for a rota schedule, you cannot process it again without resetting it.
Select the rota schedule record to be reset, by checking the “Select” box beside the record.

The process is reset for the selected rota schedule records
