PND1 Kor Details

This activity allows you to view the annual details of the withholding personnel income tax returns with a scope for preparation, submission, filling and issuing tax certificates to employees. At the beginning, you must specify the company criteria such as payroll, payset, authorized signatory details, month and year details for which you require to generate monthly reports.

Select the “PND1 Kor Details” activity under the “Thailand Statutory Reports” business component.

The “PND1 Kor Details” page appears.

Enter the following details:

Organization Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit. The combo is loaded with the options defaulted with the corresponding OU name which is been logged in.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Enter the following details in the “Company Criteria” group box:

Payroll	From the drop-down list box, select the payroll for which you require to generate the report.
Payset	From the drop-down list box, select the payset for which you require to generate the report.
Sign Name	The name of the employee who is an authorized signatory.
Sign Position	The position of the authorized signatory.
Submit Date	The date on which the withholding personnel income tax returns submitted.
Month	The month for which you require to generate the report.
Year	The year for which you require to generate the report.

Click the "View Report" pushbutton to generate the monthly summary report of employee’s withholding personnel income tax return details.
