PF Report To TISCO

This activity allows you to view the employee provident fund details to be provided to TISCO. This report contains the details of employee PF number, employee ID, employee name in English & Thai, At the beginning, you must specify the company criteria such as payroll, payset, department, level, grade set, grade, month and year details for which you require to generate monthly reports.
Select the “PF Report To TISCO” activity under the “Thailand Statutory Reports” business component.
The “PF Report To TISCO” page appears.
Enter the following details:

Organization Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit. The combo is loaded with the options defaulted with the corresponding OU name which is been logged in. |

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following details:

Payroll |
From the drop-down list box, select the payroll for which you require to generate the report. |

Payset |
From the drop-down list box, select the payset for which you require to generate the report. |

Department |
The department for which you require to generate the report. Help available |
|
Level |
From the drop-down list box, select the level of the employee by which you require to generate the report. |
|
Grade Set |
From the drop-down list box, select the grade set code of the employee for which you require to generate the report. |

Grade |
From the drop-down list box, select the grade code of the employee for which you require to generate the report. |

Month |
The month for which you require to generate the report. |

Year |
The year for which you require to generate the report. |

Employee From |
The employee code from which you require to generate the report. Help available |

Click the "View Report" pushbutton to generate the monthly report of provident fund details to TISCO.
