Employee Tax Details
This activity allows you to specify the employee tax details. For the selected tax year, you can specify the tax type, employee’s spouse income details and the education details of children. You can also specify whether the particular tax deduction item has to be deducted or not. You can also specify the amount for the corresponding tax deduction item.
Select the “Employee Tax Details” activity under the “Thailand Statutory - Administration” business component.
The “Employee Tax Details” page appears.
To create Employee Tax Detail
Enter the following details:
Thailand Statutory Admin Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Thailand Statutory Admin Unit for specifying the employee tax details. The combo is loaded with the OU names defaulted with the corresponding OU name which has been logged in. |
The system displays the following details.
Date Format |
The default date format set in the user preferences. |
Enter the following details:
Employment Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit for specifying the employee tax details. The combo is loaded with the OU names defaulted with the corresponding OU name which has been logged in. |
Employee Code |
A unique code identifying the employee for specifying the tax details. Help facility available. |
Tax Year |
Use the drop-down list box to select the tax year for recording the employee tax details. The combo is loaded with the options defined in the “Additional Master’ activity. |
Tax Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of tax for the employee. The combo is loaded with the options defined in the “Quick Codes” activity. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. |
Spouse Income Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select whether the employee’s spouse is employed or not. The combo is loaded with “Yes”, “No” and “Select”. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. |
No. of Children not studying |
The employee’s number of children who are not studying. |
No. of Children Studying |
The employee’s number of children who are studying. |
Company Submit PND 91 |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether any record exists in the “Employee Previous Income” activity or not. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”. Yes – the system defaults with “Yes” if the employee is not having any records in “Employee Previous Income” activity for selected tax year. No – If the employee is having any records in the “Employee Previous Income” activity for selected tax year. |
The system displays the following details in the multiline.
Item Deduction |
The tax item that has to be deducted from the employee. Displays the tax deduction items based on the parameter set as “Yes” in the “Tax Deduction Additional Master” activity. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Deduction |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the deduction for the tax item is required or not. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page |
Amount(THB) |
The amount for the corresponding tax deduction item. Mandatory when the “Deduction” is selected as “Yes”. This amount should be within the maximum limit set for the item in the “Tax Deduction Additional Master” activity. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to employees corresponding tax deduction item. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the employee tax details.
To search and modify Employee Tax Detail
Enter Thailand Statutory Admin Unit, Employment Unit and Employee Code:
Click the “Get” pushbutton.
The system retrieves and displays the tax details in the header and multiline. You can modify the existing tax details.
Click the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the modified tax details.
