How to use the web page

Using Online Help

This activity allows you to record the income obtained by the employee from the previous employer which is subject to tax if the employee has shifted company within the same tax year. You can specify the previous income details like, the total number of years worked in the previous company, the social security number and the provident fund details. You can also view the previous and next records based on the specified year ranges. This is an optional screen and details need to be recorded only if employee has changed companies within the same tax year.

The “Employee Previous Income Details” page appears.

To record Employee Previous Income Details

Thailand Statutory Admin Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the Thailand Statutory administration unit for specifying the previous income details. The combo is loaded with the OU names and defaulted with the corresponding OU name which has been logged in.

The system displays the following details.

Date Format

The default date format set in the user preferences.

Employment Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit of the employee. The combo is loaded with the OU names and defaulted with the corresponding OU name which has been logged in.

Employee Code

A unique code identifying the employee for specifying the previous income details.

Help facility available.

Previous Company

The previous employer details of the employee.

From Year

The year from which the employee has worked in the previous company.

To Year

The year till which the employee has worked in the previous company.

Year to Date Income

The employee’s as on date net taxable income for the tax year.

Year to Date Tax

The employee’s as on date net taxable amount for the tax year.

Year to Date Social

The employee’s as on date social security amount for the tax year.

Year to Date PF

The employee’s as on date provident fund amount for the tax year.

Modification Option

From the drop down list box, select “New”.

The system saves the previous income details of the employee.

To modify the Previous Income Details

The system displays the previous company, from year, to year, year to date income, year to date tax, year to date social, year to date PF.

Modification Option

From the drop-down list box select,

  • “Correct”, if you have corrected the record. The system overwrites the existing record.

  • “New”, if you have updated the record with new information. As a result, a new record is created and a history of records is maintained.

To view various records

Based on the specified Employee Code, the system retrieves and displays the income which is due from the previous employer.

The system displays the employee’s past record based on the specified year ranges. This is for obtaining employment history records of the employee in the selected tax year.

Note: If no records are available for previous task, the system displays “Current Record is the first record entered for the employee”.

The system displays the employee’s next immediate employment record based on the specified year ranges and selected tax year. This is for obtaining employment history records of the employee in the selected tax year.

Note: If no records are available for previous task, the system displays “Current Record is the last record entered for the employee”.
