Employee Provident Fund Details
This activity allows you to specify the provident fund details. You can specify the provident fund ID, PF join date, PF exit date, PF rate, the year and month range eligibility details of the provident fund. You can also specify the PF reason. You can also view the previous and next PF records based on the specified year ranges.
Select the “Employee Provident Fund Details” activity under the “Thailand Statutory - Administration” business component.
The “Employee Provident Fund Details” page appears.
To record Employee Provident Fund Details
Enter the following details:
Thailand Statutory Admin Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Thailand Statutory Admin Unit for specifying the provident fund details. The combo is loaded with the options defaulted with the corresponding OU name which is been logged in. |
The system displays the following details.
Date Format |
The default date format set in the user preferences. |
Enter the following details:
Employment Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit for specifying the provident fund details. The combo is loaded with the options defaulted with the corresponding OU name which is been logged in. |
Employee Code |
A unique code identifying the employee for specifying the provident fund details. Help facility available. |
PF ID |
A unique code identifying the provident fund of the employee. |
PF Join Date |
The date on which the employee was entitled to provident fund. |
PF Exit Date |
The employee’s provident fund exit date. |
PF Reason |
Use the drop-down list box to select the provident fund reason. The combo is loaded with “PF New Join”, “PF Exit”, “PF Reapply”, “Change PF Rate” and “Other”. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. |
PF Rate |
The provident fund rate applicable to the employee. |
Reapply Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status, if you wish to reapply for the provident fund. The combo is loaded with “No” and “Yes”. |
The system displays the following details.
No of Times Allowed |
Indicates the number of times an employee can reapply for PF. The system defaults the value defined under Payroll Additional Information component–Payroll User Defined Values activity. |
Enter the following details:
From Year |
The year from which the employee is eligible for the provident fund. |
To Year |
The year until which the employee is eligible for the provident fund. |
From Month |
The month from which the employee is eligible for the provident fund. |
To Month |
The month until which the employee is eligible for the provident fund. |
Modification Option |
From the drop down list box, select “New”. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the previous income details of the employee.
To modify the Provident Fund Details
Enter Thailand Statutory Admin Unit, Employment Unit and Employee Code:
Click the “Get” pushbutton.
The system retrieves and displays the PF ID, PF Join Date, PF Exit Date, PF Reason, PF Rate, Reapply Status, From Year, To Year, From Month and To Month. You can modify the existing details.
Specify the following in the “Modification Details” box.

Click the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the modified details.
To delete the records
Enter Thailand Statutory Admin Unit, Employment Unit and Employee Code:
Click the “Get” pushbutton.
The system retrieves and displays the PF ID, PF Join Date, PF Exit Date, PF Reason, PF Rate, Reapply Status, From Year, To Year, From Month and To Month.
Click the “Delete” pushbutton.
The system deletes the record.
To view various records
Enter Thailand Statutory Admin Unit, Employment Unit and Employee Code:
Click the “Get” pushbutton.
The system retrieves and displays the employee’s provident fund details.
Click the “Previous” pushbutton.
The system displays the employee’s past record based on the specified year ranges.
Note: If no records are available for previous task, the system displays “Current Record is the first record entered for the employee”.
Click the “Next” pushbutton.
The system displays the employee’s future records based on the specified year ranges.
Note: If no records are available for previous task, the system displays “Current Record is the last record entered for the employee”.
