Using online help

This page enables the HR admin to enroll new employees, view existing enrollments, approve or reject any enrollments. Based on the plan category selected, the relevant options will be shown on the right pane.

Benefits Year

Select the benefit year from dropdown. Mandatory

Enrollment Type

Select the enrollment type from dropdown. Mandatory

Plan Category

Select the plan category from the dropdown. The dropdown has the categories “Health", "Insurance", "Flexible Spending", "Savings" and “Health Savings”. Mandatory

Note: Whenever any plan category is selected, the relevant plans will be shown on the right pane.

Plan Name

Select the plan name from the dropdown. The dropdown displays the plan names based on the selected plan category. Mandatory

EE Amount From & To

The employee contribution amount from and to which the contribution limit is calculated. This is a search filter which could be used in case you are looking for employees with a specific contribution range. Optional

ER Amount From & To

The employer contribution amount from and to which the contribution limit is calculated. This is a search filter which could be used in case you are looking for employees with a specific contribution range. Optional

Note: The “EE Amount From & To” and “ER Amount From & To” fields are visible only if the plan category is other than “Health”.

Coverage Level

Select the coverage level description from dropdown. For Ex: “Employee Only”, “Employee + Children”, “Employee + Spouse” and “Employee + Spouse + Children”. Optional

Note: The Coverage Level field is visible only if the plan category is “Health”.

Department

Select the department from dropdown.

Location

Select the location from dropdown to which the employee belongs.

Employee Code From

Enter the employee code from which you want to view the enrollment details in the right pane.

To

Enter the employee code to which you want to view the enrollment details in the right pane.

Employee Name

Enter the employee name. Ex: Kevin% will show all employees whose name contains ‘Kevin’

Note: Please ensure that by confirming any plan, employee could only view those plans in self-service and all other plans will not be visible. However, you could enroll the employee plan wise as an administrator.

Reason

Select the reason from dropdown. This is generally applicable when there is a fixed employer contribution for health Savings or savings accounts for any reason. System lists ‘Not Applicable’ unless the HR defines some specific reasons from quick codes.

Note: This field is visible only if the plan category is other than “Health”.

Coverage Level

Select the coverage level from dropdown.

Note: This field is visible only if the plan category is “Health”.

EE & ER Amount Per Annum

Enter the employee and employer contribution amount per Annum.

Note: This field is visible only if the plan category is other than “Health”.
