Add Dependents to the Plan
This page allows you to add the existing employee dependents to the plans.
The list of all the dependents existing will show. You could also enter the “Employee Code” and click “Get” button to look for a specific employee.
The system retrieves the following employee details in the multiline.
Employee Name - Code |
The employee name and code is displayed. |
Dependent |
The dependent name is displayed. |
Relationship |
The relationship of the dependent with the employee is displayed. |
Select the checkbox on any row and click “Submit” button to add the dependent. Once this action is taken, the dependent is added to the plan.
However, when the plan is being confirmed finally – system checks if the dependent is eligible to enroll into the plan based on the age, relationship of the dependent. In case the dependent is not eligible, system raises appropriate messages indicating the employee name.
