Manage Plan Period – A Summary of the Activity

The “Manage Plan Period” screen enables the HR user to create and modify the Plan Periods. The plan period is a time period within which the various planning activities i.e., Budget setting, Target setting, Compensation Planning will take place. The system will look into this period for getting information about employees, their performance and their salary.
