Viewing the postal service area

Enter this page by selecting the “View Postal Service Area” link, either in the “Direct Entry” group box or at the bottom of the page.
The “View Postal Service Area ” page appears.
The system displays the following fields.

Benefits General Info Unit |
The unit selected in the previous page. |

Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. If the user does not define the date format, the system displays the date format applicable to the Organization unit, which is defined in the “Enterprise Modeller Company Definitions |

Service Area Code |
The code of the service area selected in the previous page. |

Service Area Short Description |
The unique short description of the service area. |
|
Service Area Description |
The description of the service area. |
The system also displays all the zip codes that have been grouped under the selected service area.

Zip |
The code of the zip |

Comments |
All the comments that have been entered in the “Create Postal Service Area” or “Edit Postal Service Area” activity. |
