Select "View Premium Period" from the left pane.
The "View Premium Period" page appears.
The system displays the following fields.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. If the user does not define the date format, the system will display the date format applicable to the Organization unit; this date format is predefined in the “Enterprise Modeller Company Definitions” |
Benefit General Info Unit |
The name of the organization in which the benefit general information unit is deployed. |

From the drop-down list box select the organization unit for which details of the premium period record is to be viewed. |

The drop-down list box displays all the organization units in which the Benefits General Information component has been deployed and interacts with the login organization unit. |
In the search criteria group box, enter the following details.
Premium Period Code |
To view the premium period codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the premium period codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
|
Example, PRMPD1*, will search for those premium period codes that start with PRMPD1. Other examples are *PD1, PR*PD1, PMD1*. |
Premium Period Short Description |
To view all premium period short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of the premium period short description. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
|
Example, PRMPD *, will search for those premium period short description that start with PRMPD1. Other examples are *PD1, MPD*1, PRMP1* and PRPD1*. |
From Date |
The probable start date of the premium period. |

For example if you enter the search parameter as 30.01.01, the system will fetch the records that start from 30.01.01. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
To Date |
The probable end date of the premium period. |
|
For example if you enter the search parameter as 30.01.01, the system will fetch the records that start from 30. |
|
Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards01.01. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The list of records satisfying the search criteria is displayed in the multiline.
Note:
You can enter the search criteria values in one or many of the fields.
If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the
records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value
is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified
values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
applicable to the selected Benefit General Information Unit.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the premium period records that satisfy your search criteria.
Benefit Year Description |
The description of the benefit year. |
Premium Frequency |
The frequency of the premium. |
Premium Period Code |
The code that identifies the premium period. |
Short Description |
The short description of the premium period |
Premium Period Description |
The long description of the premium period |
From Date |
The date from which the premium period is effective. |
To Date |
The date until which the premium period is effective. |
