Viewing family coverage category

Select the "View Family Coverage Category" link from the left pane.
Ensure that you have selected a family coverage category whose details are to be viewed.
Select the "View Family Coverage Category" hyperlink..
The "View Family Coverage Category" page appears.
The system displays the following fields.

Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
|

If the user does not define the date format, the system will display the date format applicable to the Organization Unit; this date format is predefined in the “Enterprise Modeller Company Definitions” |

Benefits General Info Unit |
The value selected in the previous page. |
|
Family Coverage Code |
The code of the family coverage category record selected in the previous page. |
|
Family Coverage Short Description |
A brief description that identifies the family coverage category |
|
Family Coverage Description |
The full description of the family coverage category. |
|
Spouse Allowed |
The system will display either “Yes” or “No” value. “Yes,” indicates that the spouse is covered “No” indicates that the spouse is not covered. |
|
Dependents Allowed |
The system will display either “Yes” or “No” value. “Yes,” indicates that the dependents are covered. “No” indicates that the dependents are not covered. |
|
Maximum Dependents Allowed |
The maximum number of dependents that can be covered for the coverage category. |
|
Relationship Restriction |
The system will display either “Yes” or “No” value. “Yes,” indicates that there is a restriction on the maximum number of relationships that can be covered. “No” indicates that there is no such restriction on the number of relationships that can be covered in the family coverage category. |
If the system displays “Yes” in the “Relationship Restriction”, the following details are displayed in the multiline.

Relationship |
The relationship that is covered in the family coverage category. |
|
Maximum Dependents Allowed |
The maximum number of dependents allowed to be covered for the relationship. |
The system will display the mapping of the family coverage record with other organization units.

Applicable To |
One among the three values are displayed viz. “All Org. Units”, “Login Org. Units” or “Selective Org. Units”. |
You can view the comments entered if any.

Comments |
The comments that have entered earlier. |
