The "View Collective Bargaining Agreement Details" page appears.
The system displays the following fields.

Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |

Benefits General Info Unit |
The value selected in the previous page. |
|
Bargaining agreement Code |
The unique code of the bargaining agreement record selected in the previous page. |
|
Bargaining Agreement Short Description |
A brief description that identifies the collective bargaining agreement |
|
Bargaining Agreement Long Description |
The full description of the collective bargaining agreement. |
|
Effective From |
The date from which the agreement is in effect. |
|
Effective To |
The date until which the agreement will be in effect |
|
Inactive |
The system displays either “Yes” or “No” Value. “Yes” indicates that the agreement is inactive i.e., the record is not in use. “No” indicates that the record is active and is in use. |

Bargaining Agreement Details |
The details of the agreement between the management and the participating unions. |
The system will also display the following details in the multiline.

Union Code |
The unique code of the participating unions |
|
Union Name |
The name of the union. |
|
Group Name |
The name of the local group of the union.
|

Applicable to |
One among the following values will be displayed namely “All Org. Units”, “Login Org. Units” or “Selective Org. Units”. |
Note: The actual mapping of the collective bargaining agreement record to the organizational units is viewed in a separate page called “Map Org. Units”.
