Selecting a benefit association to view
Select the “View Benefit Association” option from the left pane.
The “Select Benefit Association To View” page appears.
The system displays the following fields
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. If the user does not define the date format, the system will display the date format applicable to the Organization unit, which is defined in the “Enterprise Model Company Definitions” |
Benefits General Info Unit |
From the drop-down list box select the organization unit from for which the benefit association details must be viewed. |
From the drop-down list box select the organization unit for which details of the benefit association must to be viewed. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units in which the Benefits General Information component has been deployed and interacts with the login organization unit.
Select the benefit association record, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
To select through Direct Entry
Use this method if you know the complete code of the benefit association record.
Enter the code of the benefit association code whose details must be viewed in the “Benefit Association Code” field.
Select the “View Benefit Association” hyperlink.
The “View benefit Association ” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To view the details of Benefit Association, refer to the topic “View Benefit Association”
To select through Search Criteria

To view the benefit association codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the benefit association codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, BNAs01*, will search for those benefit association master codes that start with BNA01. Other examples are *BNA1, B*1 and *NF* |
Benefit Association Short Description |
To view all benefit association short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the short description. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, BNAssoc*, will search for those Benefit short descriptions that start with BNassoc*. Other examples are *BNAS, *BNassoc* |
Benefit Association Long Description |
To view all benefit association long descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the long description. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, *Benefit Association, will search for those Benefit Long descriptions that end with Benefit Association. Other examples are BNAS*, *BNassoc*. |
Benefit Association Basis |
From the drop-down list box select one of the following values viz. Grade", "Grade Set"," Department", "Job" “Employment Unit", " Place of Work". |

To view all the codes of the selected benefit association basis containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the code. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, GRS01*, will search for those grade set codes that start with GRS01. Other examples are *RS01, G*1 and *S01* |
Description |
To view all the description of the selected benefit association basis containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the description. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, GRSet*, will search for those grade set description that start with GRSet. Other examples are *GRSet, G*t and *Set* |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note:
If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the
records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch
the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
applicable to the selected benefit association.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the benefit association records that satisfy the search criteria specified.
Code |
The unique code that identifies the benefit association. |
Short Description |
A brief description of the Benefit association. |
Long Description |
The complete description of the benefit association record. |
From the multiline, select the record that must be viewed, by checking beside the record in the “Select” column.
Select the “View Benefit Association” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
The “View Benefit Association” page appears.
To select through direct entry
To select through Search Criteria
