Selecting a rate table 

Date Format

The date that is applicable to the login user. If the user does not define the date format, the system will display the date format applicable to the Organization unit, which is defined in the “Enterprise Model Company Definitions”

Benefits General Info. Unit

From the drop-down list box select the organization unit from for which the rate table details must be modified.

To select through Direct Entry

Use this method if you know the complete code of the rate table record.

To select through Search Criteria

Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the rate table code or the rate table description. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.

To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the rate table code or description contain. Optionally, you can enter the effective dates to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.

Rate Table Code

To view the rate table codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the rate table codes.

 

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, RT01*, will search for those rate table codes that start with RT01. Other examples are *T01 R*1 and *T0*

Rate Table Short Description

To view all rate table short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the short description.

 

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, Rtab*, will search for those rate tables short descriptions that start with Rtab*. Other examples are *Rtab, *Rt*

Rate table Description

To view all rate table long descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the long description.

 

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, Rate table*, will search for those Rate table Long descriptions that end with rate table. Other examples are table*, *rt*.

Effective From Date

To view all rate tables with a specified effective start date, type in this date. Example, if you type in “1 January 2002”, the system will fetch all the rate table records whose start dates are 1 January 2002.

Effective To Date

To view all rate tables with a specified effective end date, type in this date. Example, if you type in “1 January 2002”, the system will fetch all the rate table records whose end dates are 1 January 2002

Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are applicable to the selected organization unit. 

Rate table Code

The unique code that identifies the rate table.

Rate table Short Description

A brief description of the rate table.

Rate table Long Description

The complete description of the rate table.

Effective From Dates

The date from which the rate table is effective.

Effective To Dates
