View dependent eligibility profile
Select the record for which dependent eligibility details must be modified in the “Select Dependent for Eligibility” page.
Select the “View Dependent Eligibility” link at the bottom of the page.
The “View Dependent Eligibility” page appears.
The system displays the following details for the selected record.
Date format |
The date format of the previous page. |
Benefits Eligibility Def. Unit |
The eligibility definition unit selected in the previous page. |
Dependent Eligibility Profile Code |
The unique code that identifies the eligibility profile. |
Dependent Eligibility Short Description |
The short description of the dependent eligibility |
Dependent Eligibility Long Description |
The brief description of the dependent eligibility |
Relationship |
The relationship of the dependent with the participant. |
Effective From |
The date from which the dependent eligibility is effective. |
Effective To |
The date until which the dependent eligibility is effective. |
All the details regarding dependent eligibility profile are displayed.
Age |
The age of the dependent. |
Date of Birth |
The date on which the dependent must be born. |
Disability |
The disability status applicable to the dependent. “Yes” indicates that the dependent having disability status is applicable for enrollment. “NO” indicates that the dependent having disability status is not eligible for enrolment. “[N.A]” indicates the disability status is not applicable for enrolment. |
Student Status |
“Yes” indicates that the dependents having student status are eligible for enrollment. “No” indicates that the dependent having student status is not eligible for enrollment. “[N.A.]” indicates that the student status is not applicable for enrollment. |
Marital Status |
The marital status of the dependent. “Yes” indicates that the married dependents are eligible for enrollment. “No” is displayed to indicate that the married dependents are not eligible for enrollment. By default the drop-down list box will display with " [N.A.] " which indicates that the marital status of the dependent will not be affected for enrollment. |
Military Status |
“Yes” indicates that the dependents having Military status are eligible for enrollment. “No” indicates that the dependent having military status is not eligible for enrollment. " [N.A.] " which indicates that the military status is not applicable for enrollment. |
Zip |
The zip code in which the dependent resides. |
By default, the system displays the latest history of the eligibility profile record.
Click the “Previous” pushbutton besides the “Access Data History” label, to view the previous change that has been made.
Click the “Next” pushbutton besides the “Access Data History” label, to view the next change of eligibility profile record with the effective dates.
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, the content.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page.
