Editing dependent profile details
In the “Edit Dependent Eligibility” page select the relationship whose profile must be modified by checking the corresponding record in the “Select” column of the multiline.
Select the “Edit Dependent Profile” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
The “Edit Dependent Profile” page appears. The system displays the following and cannot be modified.
Date format |
The date format of the previous page. |
Relationship |
The relationship selected in the previous page. |
The system displays the latest entered values. You can edit any or all the following.
Age |
The first drop-down list box displays "Less than", "Greater Than”, and “Equal to and " [N.A.] ". To indicate the age of the dependent should be greater than, less than or equal to a certain age, select the required option from the drop-down list box and enter the age in the field beside. The second drop-down list box displays “Year", " Months" and " Days ". Select the appropriate option to indicate the exact age of the dependent. For example, to indicate the age as greater than 25 years, you must select “Greater Than” option from the first drop-down list box, enter 25 in the field beside and select “Years” option from the second drop-down list box. |
Date of Birth |
The drop-down list box displays Less than", " Greater than", " Equal to" and " [N.A.] “. By default the drop-down list box will display with the latest specified value. To indicate the date of birth the dependent should be as on, before or after a certain age, select the required option from the drop-down list box and enter the date in the field beside. For example, to indicate the person must be born as on or before 01 Jan 1970, you must select “As on or before” option from the drop-down list box, and enter 01 Jan 1970 in the field beside in the date format applicable to the login user. Select “[N.A.]” to indicate that the date of birth doesn’t effect enrollment. |
Disability |
Disability refers to the details of the physical disability of the dependent which prevent or hinder undertaking certain types of assignments, either permanently or temporarily, depending on the extent of the disability which might be complete or partial. Examples are blind, deaf etc. From the drop-down list box select “Yes” to indicate that the disabled dependents are eligible for enrollment. Otherwise select “No”. Select “[N.A.]” which indicates that the disability status is not applicable for enrollment. |
Student Status |
From the drop-down list box select “Yes” indicate that the dependents having student status are eligible for enrollment. Select “No” to indicate that the dependent having student status is not eligible for enrollment. Select “[N.A.]” which indicates that the student status is not applicable for enrollment. |
Marital Status |
The marital status of the dependent. From the drop-down list box select “Yes” to indicate that the married dependents are eligible for enrollment otherwise select “No”. By default the drop-down list box will display with " [N.A.] " which indicates that the marital status of the dependent will not be affected for enrollment. |
Military Status |
From the drop-down list box select “Yes” indicate that the dependents having Military status are eligible for enrollment. Select “No” to indicate that the dependent having military status is not eligible for enrollment. Select with " [N.A.] " which indicates that the military status is not applicable for enrollment. |
Zip |
The zip code of the dependent. |
Select the “Save Relationship Details” pushbutton to save the details entered.
