Selecting dependent eligibility profile to edit
Select the “Edit Dependent Eligibility Profile” hyperlink from the left pane.
The “Select Dependent Eligibility Profile To Edit” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Enter or select the following:
Benefits Eligibility Def. Unit |
The name of the organization unit in which the benefits eligibility definition unit has been deployed. If there is more than one value, the system displays “Select” as the default value in the drop-down list box. Use this method if you know the complete code and name of the eligibility profile
Enter the exact code of the dependent eligibility profile that must be modified or deleted, in the “Dependent Eligibility Profile Code” field.
Select the “Edit Dependent Eligibility” hyperlink.
The “Edit Dependent Eligibility” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To edit the Eligibility Dependent Profile, refer to the topic “Editing the dependent Eligibility”.
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the eligibility code or the eligibility description. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the eligibility profile code or eligibility description contain. Optionally, Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

To view all dependent eligibility short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the short description. Dependent Eligibility Long Description |
To view all dependent eligibility long descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the long description. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, Elgbty*, will search for those eligibility short descriptions that start with Elgbtyl*. Other examples are *ELG, Elg*y, and *Egty* |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note:
If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the
records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch
the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
applicable to the selected benefits dependent eligibility profile.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the eligibility profile records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

From the multiline, select the record that must be modified or deleted, by checking beside the record in the “Select” column.
