Perform Non Discrimination Testing – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can perform parameters for non-discriminatory testing. Non – discriminatory testing is carried to find out the bias if any, pertaining to the contributions in various plans by highly compensated employees, if these contributions are based on the salary of the employee. Highly compensated employee indicates any individual owning more than 5% of the voting power or value of all classes of stock of the employer. Non-discriminatory testing determines the ratio of the highly compensated employees to the non-highly compensated employees. It also displays the ADP ratio of NCE and HCE. ADP is the ratio of the employee’s contribution to the employee’s salary.
