The system displays the following.

The date format of the previous page. |

Benefits Definition Unit |
The benefits definition unit selected in the previous page. |
|
FSA Type |
The system will display either of these values namely “Health Care” or “Dependent Care”. “Health Care” option indicates that the individual health care details are to be recorded. “Dependent Care” specifies dependent care details. |

Currency |
The currency in which premium is paid. |
|
Rule |
The rule that determines the contributions for the selected FSA type. |
The system displays the following details in the multiline only if the rule has not been defined.

Benefit Year Code |
The code of the benefit year for which contributions are made. |
|
Minimum Amount |
The minimum amount that can be contributed for the corresponding benefit year. |
|
Maximum Amount |
The maximum amount that can be contributed for the corresponding benefit year. |

Default Amount |
The code of the benefit year for which contributions are made. |
