View Benefit Plan activity: if you enter from this page, the details applicable to the selected benefits plan will get displayed.

The system will display the following details, if they have been defined earlier. You must select the benefits definition unit, if entered from the left pane.

Select the organization unit in which you must view calculation rules. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to view calculation rules. Tell me more |
In the salary group box, the system will display the values based on which the value of the salary will be taken for various calculations.
Salary |
One between the two values will be displayed namely, “Current” and “As on”. “Current” indicates that the system will take the salary value as on the date of processing. “As On” indicates that the system will take value of the salary as on the date specified. |
Salary Rule |
The rule name based on which the salary is determined. |
Element |
The pay element that will determine the salary of an employee for enrolling in a plan. |
To view the age for enrolling in the plan
Age |
The system will display two values, that is, “Current” and “As on”. “Current” indicates that the system will take the age as on the date of processing. “As On” indicates that the system will take the age of the person as on the date specified. |
Age Rule |
The rule name based on which the age of a person is determined. |
To view service months for enrolling in the plan
Service Months |
The system will display the option selected, based on which the number of service months will be taken for computing premium amount of a plan. The drop-down list box contains two values, that is, “Current” and “As on”. “Current” indicates that the system will take the value of service months as on the date of processing. “As On” indicates that the system will take value of the salary as on the date specified. |

The rule name based on which the number of service months are determined. |

Amendment |
The rule name that determines various amendments for enrollments |
Deletion |

Actual Hours Rule |
The rule name that determines the actual number of hours worked. |
The parameters that have been displayed as checked in the corresponding check boxes are applicable .
Always Refer Processed Eligibility |
This indicates the processed eligibility details of the employee are referred before enrolling in a plan. |
Take Premium Existing On Enrollment |
Indicates that the premium amount is computed as on the date of enrollment. |
Take Premium While Processing |
Indicates that the premium amount is computed as on date of processing a premium plan. |
Grade wise Plan – GL Accounting Mapping |
The mapping of accounts to a plan is based on grades. |
Grade Set Wise Plan – GL Account Mapping |
This indicates that the mapping of accounts to a plan is based on grade sets |
