Defining Calculation Rules – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can define calculation rules like the salary, age, service months and actual hours based on which the premium and coverage amounts for the plan are computed. You can also specify rules for enrollment, amendments and deletion in various plans.
Apart from defining the rules, you can also specify various parameters that will drive the plan. You can specify whether the
Mapping of accounts to a plan is based on grade or grade set,
Premium for the plan has to be taken as on enrollment or as on processing date,
System must refer to processed eligibility or not for enrolling in a plan.
