Activating / inactivating multiple MAC calendars
This page allows you to activate / inactivate multiple MAC calendars. You can select the calendars that you want to activate or inactivate. You can activate calendars that are in the “Inactive” status. The system updates the status of the calendar as “Fresh”. You can inactivate calendars that are in the “Fresh” status. The system updates the status of the calendars as “Inactive”. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modified calendar details.
Select the “Activate / Inactivate MAC Calendar” link under the “Cost Setup” business component.
The “Activate / Inactivate MAC Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Year Details” multiline:
Year Code |
The code identifying the MAC year. |
Description |
The textual description of the MAC year. |
Start Date |
The date on which the MAC year begins. |
End Date |
The date on which the MAC year ends. |
Status |
The status of the MAC year. It must be “Fresh” or “Inactive”. |

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark a MAC year for activation or inactivation.
Note: You can activate a MAC calendar that is in the “Inactive” status.
Click the “Activate Calendar” pushbutton to activate the selected MAC calendars.
The system updates the status of the selected MAC calendars as “Fresh”. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modified details.
Note: You can inactivate a MAC calendar that is in the “Fresh” status.
Click the “Inactivate Calendar” pushbutton to inactivate the selected MAC calendars.
The system updates the status of the selected MAC calendars “Inactive”. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modified details.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Activate / Inactivate Calendar” link at the bottom of the page to activate / inactivate the selected MAC calendar.
