Basics of using Ramco Enterprise Series web page

This page allows you to activate or inactivate a MAC calendar. You can activate a MAC calendar that is in the “Inactive” status. The status of the calendar is updated as “Fresh”. This page also allows you to inactivate a MAC calendar. You can inactivate a MAC calendar that is in the “Fresh” status. The status of the calendar is updated as “Inactive”.

The “Activate / Inactivate MAC Calendar” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Year Details” group box:

Year Code

The code identifying the MAC year.

Description

The textual description of the MAC year.

Status

The status of the MAC year. It must be “Fresh” or “Inactive”.

 
  • Fresh – indicates a MAC calendar that is yet to be authorized.

 
  • Inactive – indicates a MAC calendar that has been inactivated earlier.

Start Date

The date on which the MAC year begins.

End Date

The date on which the MAC year ends.

The system displays the following in the “Period Details” multiline:

Period Code

The code identifying the MAC period.

Description

The textual description of the MAC period.

Start Date

The date on which the MAC period begins.

End Date

The date on which the MAC period ends.

Note: You can activate a MAC calendar that is in the “Inactive” status.

The system updates the status of the MAC calendar as “Fresh”. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modified details.
