Simulate Currency Revaluation – A summary of the activity

You can view the impact of the revaluation. However the system does not post the account balances after revaluation in the books of the account.

This page allows you to simulate and view the revaluation of account balances of various customers in the base currency and the parallel base currency of the company. You can simulate the revaluation for a given date. You can retrieve the customer accounts by conducting a search. You can search by specifying a range of customers for whom you want to revalue the account balances. You can also search by specifying the code identifying the finance book, the currency of the customer account and the type of control account to which the customer account belongs. The system retrieves the account balances based on the search criteria entered. You can enter the exchange rate based on which the system will carry out the simulation. The account balances after simulation will not be posted in the corresponding finance book.
