Deleting Maintenance definition
Select the “Delete Maintenance definition” link from the Cost Center Rule Definition” business component.
The “Delete Maintenance Definition” page appears.
Enter the following field in the Search Criteria:
Company |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company and it is available for selection in ascending order. |
Account Code |
The code identifying the expense or the consumption account. |

Help facility available |
Event |
Use the drop-down list box to select the event or the business process based on which the maintenance cost center has been defined. The system displays “All” by default. |
Order Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category in which the order is placed. The system displays “All” by default. |
RO Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Release Order type. The system displays “All” by default. |
Planning Base |
Use the drop-down list box to select the planning base. The system displays “All” by default. |
Maintenance Base |
Use the drop-down list box to select the maintenance base. The system displays “All” by default. |
Reporting Station |
Use the drop-down list box to select the name or code identifying the reporting station. The system displays “All” by default. |
Primary Work Center # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the name or code identifying the primary work center. The system displays “All” by default. |
Work Center # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the name or code identifying the work center. The system displays “All” by default. |
Aircraft Model |
Use the drop-down list box to select the model of the aircraft. |
Aircraft Reg # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the registration number of the aircraft. The system displays “All” by default. |
Aircraft Ownership |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the ownership for that particular component. |
Component Ownership |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of ownership for that particular component. |
Part Classification |
Use the drop-down list box to select the classification under which the item is present. |
Component Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the component associated with the item. |
Component Family |
Use the drop-down list box to select the family or group under which the component is present. |
Cost Center |
The code identifying the cost center that has been mapped to the company code + event + expense or consumption account combination. (Alphanumeric, 10). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results
The system displays the following in the “Cost Center Definition Details” multiline:
Account Code |
The code identifying the expense or the consumption account. |
Event |
The event or the business process based on which the maintenance cost center has been defined. |
Order Category |
The category in which the order is placed is displayed. |
RO Type |
The type of the release order is displayed. |
Planning Base |
The date till which the cost center definition is valid. |
Maintenance Base |
The maintenance base associated with the maintenance cost center rule definition. |
Reporting Station |
The name or code identifying the reporting station. |
Primary Work Center # |
The name or code identifying the primary work center. |
Work Center # |
The name or code identifying the work center. |
Aircraft Model |
The model of the aircraft. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft. |
Aircraft Ownership |
The type of the ownership held for that particular component is displayed |
Component Ownership |
The classification under which the item is present is displayed. |
Part Classification |
The classification under which the item is present. |
Component Type |
The type of the component is displayed. |
Component Family # |
The family or group in which the component is present. |
Cost Center |
The code identifying the cost center that has been mapped to the company code + event + expense or consumption account combination. |
CC Description |
The description associated with the cost center. |
Effective From Date |
The date from which the maintenance cost center rule definition is effective. |
Valid Upto Date |
The date up to which the maintenance cost center rule definition is effective. (Date Format) Mandatory |
Click the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the Maintenance Definition.
Deleting Maintenance definition – An overview
This page allows you to delete the details of a maintenance cost center definition. The system retrieves and displays the mandatory parameters of the maintenance cost center definitions.
