The “Schedule Jobs” page appears.

Station

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the work orders generated in specific station. The drop-down list box displays the stations applicable for the login user. By default, this filter displays the previously selected station.

Primary Work Center Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the work orders that have been scheduled for execution in specific primary work center. The drop-down list box displays the work centers mapped to the selected station for which the login user has access rights.

From

To fetch work orders scheduled in specific period, enter the start date of the period.

To To fetch work orders scheduled in specific period, enter the end date of the period.

The following details appear in the page.

Tile section

The tiles display the status of the work orders in the organization unit.

WO – All

The total count of jobs.

Not Started – Unassigned

The count of jobs that have not been assigned to work centers

InProgress - Unassigned

The count of- jobs in the ‘In-Progress’ status that are unassigned

Completed

The count of jobs in the Completed status.

PDD Crossed

The count of jobs for which PDD is crossed

Manual Flagging

The count of jobs which are flagged

On Hold

The count of jobs in the On Hold status.

Job Details Gantt

The primary section of the screen is split vertically into two sections- Grid and Gantt sections

On the left is the “Job Details” grid where you can view the task details and assign resources to work orders or individual tasks. On the right is the Gantt depicting the duration elapsed for tasks and work orders on a timeline with multiple levels of zoom.

The “Job Details” grid displays the following details of the work orders retrieved based on the station/primary work center and time range that you specified under “Location, Timeline & Filters”.

Assigned Resources

The names of resources assigned for a task/ work order along with assigned percentage of the resource’s time

Start

The planned start date of the task.

Finish

The planned end date of the task.

Duration

The estimated duration of the task.

WBS

The WBS for the task.

Task Description

The description of the task.

Customer #

The customer associated with the task.

Work Status

The work status of the task. 

The work status of teh job is depicted using color codes as the table next shows:

% Done

The percentage  of wok completed on the task.

Maint. Object

The component/engine or aircraft on which the task must be executed.

Seq #

The sequence in which the sub task should be performed, while executing the maintenance task

The record in the Gantt is displayed in the ascending/descending order of sequence #.

Predecessors

The tasks that must be executed prior to the task.

Successors

The tasks that must be executed after the completion of the task.

Work Center #

The work center in which the task is scheduled to be executed.

Promised Date

The promised delivery date of the work order

Due Date

The date on which the task must be executed.

Rem. Time

The time ahead of the due date of the task.

Contraint Type

The type of the constraint applied on the job, such as:

  • Start no later than
  • Start no earlier than
  • Start exactly on
  • End no later than
  • End no earlier than
  • End exactly on

Contraint Date

The date applicable for the applied constraint.

You can double-click and change the constraint date.

Hold Status

The hold status of the task.

The hold status of the job is depicted using color codes as the table next shows:

Priority

The priority for execution assigned to the task, such as AOG.

The priority of the job is depicted using color codes as the next table shows:

Customer Order #

The customer order reference for the task.

Exec. Phase

The current execution phase of the task, such as Preparatory, Regular or Post Flight.

ATA #

The ATA # of the task.

Skill #

The skill required for the execution of the task.

Zone #

The zone in the work center in which the task is scheduled for execution.

Work Area #

The work area in the aircraft in which the maintenance must be executed by the task.

Slot #

The time slot in the work center during which the task is scheduled for execution.

Job Type

The job type of the task, such as On-Wing or Off-Wing.

Actual Start Date

The date on which the task commenced execution.

You can change

4    The Start and End dates of tasks in the Draft/Fresh/Planned status. The estimated manhours will remain unchanged; however, elapsed time can be changed

4    The End date of tasks in the In-Progress status. Note that you cannot change the start date of tasks that are currently being executed. The elapsed time will change consequently.

However, you cannot make any changes in the time for Completed tasks.

Employee Availability Gantt

Under the “Employee Availability” Gantt, on the left you can view the resources mapped to the primary work center under the selected station. On the right is the gantt depicting the availability of each resource together with current allocation,if any.

Process Parameter dependency: The Job Details Gantt and Employee Availabilty Gantt display employee / job details based on the value set for the process parameter “Apply Roster filter in Schedule Jobs on?" under the entity type Package Type and the entity “All Package types and Log Cards” in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master. The table next illustrates the functionality of the “Apply Roster filter in Schedule Jobs on?" when set to each of the permitted values

Employee Assignment Gantt

Under the “Employee Assignment” Gantt, on the left you can view the the employees mapped to the primary work center under the selected station. On the right, is the gantt depicting the tasks assigned to each employee. The tasks assigned to an employee can be assigned to another employee by dragging and dropping a task in this gantt. You can change the resource assigned to tasks in the Draft/Fresh/Planned/In-Progress status. A planner can change Start/End dates to change the Elapsed time of a task. However, Estimated man hours remain unchanged.
