Amend Part Warranty Agreement – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to amend the part warranty agreement details after confirmation. After confirming the agreement, if you wish to modify some details, you can amend the agreement in this activity. The status of the agreement changes to "Pending Confirmation" after the amendment. You can edit an agreement in “Pending Confirmation” status. This will not increment the amendment number. You can then re-confirm the agreement in the "Confirm Part Warranty Agreement" activity.

You can select the part warranty agreement and amend the details. The default warranty validity and associated repair shop information can also be amended.

•  Go to "Amend Part Warranty Agreement Information" page to amend the part warranty agreement details.

Amend default warranty options

You can amend the default warranty validity details that are already defined for the 'confirmed' agreement.

• Use the "Select Part Warranty Agreement" page to select the part warranty agreement.

•  Go to "Set Default Warranty" page to amend the default warranty validity options that are already set.

Amend associated authorized repair shop details

You can modify the details of the authorized repair shops that are associated to the part warranty agreement.

• Use the "Select Part Warranty Agreement" page to select the part warranty agreement.

• Go to "Associate Authorized Repair Shop" page to amend the associated authorized repair shops information.
