Compute supplier rating – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to compute the rating for all suppliers. You can rate a supplier based on parts, services or both.

•  Parts Rating - In this process, suppliers are rated based on the parts supplied.

•  Service Rating – In this process, suppliers are rated based on the services provided.

•  Overall Rating – In this process, an overall rating is computed for the supplier.

Simulate and update supplier rating details

You can compute and update the price rating, delivery rating, quality rating, service quality rating and the overall rating of the supplier.

• Use the “Compute Supplier Rating” page, to set the basis for supplier rating, rating period and part details for computing the supplier rating.

• Click the “Simulate Supplier Rating” pushbutton to compute the supplier rating.

• Click the “Update Supplier Rating” pushbutton to record the computed supplier rating details.

View user-defined parameter rating

You can view the user-defined parameter ratings for a supplier.

• Use the “Compute Supplier Rating” page, to set the basis for supplier rating, rating period and part details for computing the supplier rating.

• Use the “View User Parameter Rating” page to view the rating for the user-defined parameters.

View partwise or service wise rating for the supplier

You can view the partwise or servicewise ratings for the supplier.

• Use the “Compute Supplier Rating” page, to set the basis for supplier rating, rating period and part details for computing the suppplier rating.

• Use the “View Part / Service Wise Rating” page to view partwise or servicewise rating details for the supplier.

View overall rating trend for the supplier

You can view the overall rating trend for the supplier.

• Use the “Compute Supplier Rating” page, to set the basis for supplier rating, rating period and part details for computing the supplier rating.

• Use the “View Overall Rating Trend For Supplier” page to view the overall rating trend for the supplier.
