Popup - Trade Compliance Reference

The "Trade Compliance Reference" popup screen enables the user to view the license details of the part # which is used in the Order Transactions. Trade Compliance Reference Details, including Part Classification details, External License, Authorization can be viewed from Orders. If the License is Not Available for the Qty. ordered, or is Expired or the Part Classification data is not available, Order will be Held, using the Restriction framework. Those details can be viewed from this screen.

Click the hyperlinked “Exp. Comp. Ref.” field in the ‘Part Details’ multiline of the “Record Shipping Note” screen.

The “Trade Compliance Reference” pop-up appears.

The system displays the following fields in the header section:

Document Type	The type of the document which is in hold due to the missing details in the Trade Compliance data, Export license Details or Authorization details.
Document #	The number identifying the document.
Status	The status of the document.
Trade Comp. Status	The status of the Order # with respect to the details of Trade Compliance Information and license details. If Trade Compliance based restriction is applied on any of the Parts in the document, then the system displays it as 'Held'. If Trade Compliance based restriction is not available to any Part in the document, then the system displays it as restriction is not available, then the system displays it as ‘Released’.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Part #	The number identifying the part for which the export authorization is recorded.
Part Description	The description of the part.
Comp. Code Type	The type of the trade compliance code for the part # of the Held Order.
Comp. Ref. #	The number identifying the compliance reference of the part.
Export Ref. Code-1	Identifies the classification that is used to classify the Part for Export.
Export Ref. Code-2	Identifies the classification that is used to classify the Part for Export.
Export License #	The external license # of the part.
Export Auth. #	The number identifying the Export Authorization.
Valid Till	The valid To date for the Export Authorization #.
Export To Country	The country mentioned in the “Ship To Address ID" field for the Part # in the Reference Document #.
Trade Comp. Restriction	Indicates whether the Trade Compliance Restriction is available for the Part #, Export from Country, Export to Country or customer which could be “Yes” or “No”.
Restriction Code	The Restriction code defined in the “Manage Part Restriction” Screen for the Part # and Reference Document # combination.
