The “Execution Phase Schedule Relationships” page appears.

Execution Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintenance type for which you want to retrieve schedule relationships. The drop-down list box displays the following: Aircraft Maintenance and Component Maintenance.

Package Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of package for which you want to retrieve schedule relationships. The drop-down list box displays the entities defined under the entity type Package Type in the “Define Process Entities” activity of Common Master.

Note: The “Package Type” field will be available only if you have selected “Aircraft Maintenance” in the “Execution Type” field.

Repair Process Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the repair process code for which you want to retrieve schedule relationships. The drop-down list box displays the Active quick codes defined under the quick code type Repair Process Code in the Create Quick Codes activity of Maintenance Task.

Note: The “Repair Process Code” field will be available only if you have selected “Component Maintenance” in the “Execution Type” field.

Primary Execution Phase

Use the drop-down list box to select the primary execution phase for the schedule relationship. The drop-down list box displays all the execution phases defined under the “Exec. Phase” quick code type in the Create Quick Codes activity of Maintenance Task.

Secondary Execution Phase

Use the drop-down list box to select the secondary execution phase for the schedule relationship. The drop-down list box displays all the execution phases defined under the “Exec. Phase” quick code type in the Create Quick Codes activity of Maintenance Task.

Schedule Relationship

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of schedule relationship between execution phases. The drop-down list box displays the following:

§  Start - Start

§  Start - Finish

§  Finish - Start

§  Finish - Finish

 

Note: The Primary Execution Phase, Secondary Execution Phase and Schedule Relationship fields are mandatory for defining relationships. Further, the values you specify in these fields must form a unique combination. This means there can exist only one relationship between two execution phases. For example, both of the following relationships cannot exist at one time, though any one of them is allowed between the two execution phases.

Schedule Relationship 1:

§  Primary Execution Phase: A

§  Secondary Execution Phase: B

§  Schedule Relationship: Start- Finish

Schedule Relationship 2:

§  Primary Execution Phase: B

§  Secondary Execution Phase: A

§  Schedule Relationship: Finish - Start
