This page allows you to modify the supplier quick codes.

The “Edit Quick Codes” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Quick Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of quick code that you need to retrieve. The system displays the value "Additional Info - Attributes", by default. You can leave this field blank to retrieve all the quick codes irrespective of their type.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the quick code that you need to retrieve. The system lists the options “Active” and “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the quick codes of the status specified here. You can leave this field blank to retrieve all the quick codes irrespective of their status. The system sets the field as “Active” by default.

Note: Leave both the fields blank to retrieve all the supplier quick codes that are defined in the system.

The system displays the following field in the “Search Results” multiline:

Quick Code

The quick code that belongs to the selected quick code type or status.

Description

The textual description of the quick code (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the quick code, to either “Active” or “Inactive”. Set the status as “Inactive” if you wish to disable this quick code from future reference in other activities. The system sets the status as “Active” by default.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The name of the user who created the quick code.

Created Date

The date on which the quick code was created.

Last modified by

The name of the user who last modified the quick code.

Last modified Date

Modify the status of the supplier quick codes

At the time of creation, the system sets the quick codes status as “Active”. However, you can modify the status of the quick codes to “Active” or “Inactive”. A quick code in “Inactive’ status will not be available for future reference.
