Edit Quick Codes – A summary of the activity

The “Edit Quick Codes” activity allows you to modify the details of the quick codes that are already defined in the ”Create Quick Codes” activity of the current business component. The ”Edit Quick Codes” page allows you to specify the search criteria and select the quick codes that you need to modify. You can search based on the quick codes or the status. You can modify the quick codes that are displayed in the “Edit Quick Codes” page and update the modified details.

Modify the status of the quick codes

At the time of creation, the system sets the quick codes status to “Active”. However, you can modify the status of the quick codes to “Active” or “Inactive”. A quick code in the “Inactive" status will not be available for future reference.

• Use the “Edit Quick Codes” page, to modify the status of the quick code.
