Using online help

Using this page, you can view the quantity of the parts that are issued against a Maintenance Issue, but not attached to any aircraft / component.

The “View Issued - Not Attached Quantity Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Note: For the specified part number, the system retrieves and displays the part description, part category, part type and part control type from the “Part Administration” business component.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part, for which the details are displayed.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Issued - Not Attached Qty

The quantity of the part that is issued against a Maintenance Issue, but not attached to any aircraft / component.

Stock UOM

The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked in the inventory.

Part Type

The type of the part which could be "Component".

Part Control Type

The method by which the part is controlled in the warehouse, which could be “Serial Controlled”.

Part Category

The category of the part.

The system displays the following in the “Issued - Not Attached Quantity Details” multiline:

Serial #

The serial number of the part which is issued and not attached to the aircraft / component.

Issue #

The code identifying the Maintenance Issue document though which the part / serial # is issued and not attached to any aircraft or component.

Note: The system ensures that the total count of the Issue # retrieved in the multiline is equal to the Issued - Not Attached Quantity available in the header.

Issue Date

The date on which the part / serial # is issued.

Issue Warehouse #

The code identifying the warehouse from which the component is issued.

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document as specified in the Material Request # against which the Issue document is raised. The system displays the options “Hangar Work Order”, "Shop Work Order” or “Technical Log”.

Ref. Document #

The code identifying the reference document as specified in the Material Request # against which the Issue document is raised.

Maintenance Object #

The code identifying the maintenance object. The system displays the Aircraft Reg # if the reference document is Hangar Work Order / Technical Log, or the Component # if the reference document is Shop Work Order.

Work Center #

The code identifying the work center specified in the reference document.

Stock Status

The stock status of the part / serial # issued.
