In this page, you can specify the statuses that are allowed for stocks in the warehouse. Tell me more

The “Edit Warehouse – Stock Status / Condition Allowed” page appears.

Note: Upon launching this page, the system lists the all the stock statuses defined in the User-defined Stock Status” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the “Warehouse Information” group box:

Warehouse #

The warehouse for which the stock statuses and the component conditions must be identified.

Warehouse Category

The category to which the warehouse belongs.

Description

The textual description of the warehouse.

New

If components in “New” condition can be stocked in the warehouse.

Unserviceable

If components in “Unserviceable” condition can be stocked in the warehouse.

Serviceable

If components in “Serviceable” condition can be stocked in the warehouse.

Phased-Out

If components in “Phased - Out” condition can be stocked in the warehouse.

Overhauled

If components in “Overhauled” condition can be stocked in the warehouse.

Note: 1) If none of the boxes are checked, then all the components irrespective of their condition can be stocked in the warehouse. 2) You cannot deselect any of the check boxes, if the warehouse is not currently offline.

The system lists all the user-defined stock statuses, defined in the “User Defined Stock Status” business component, in the “Stock Status Details” multiline:

Stock Status

The stock statuses, defined by the user in the “User Defined Stock Status” business component, that are in “Active” status.

Applicable

Use the drop-down list box and set the field to “Yes”, if you wish to allow the status for the stocks in the warehouse. The system provides the options “Yes” and “No”.

Note: You can modify this field from Yes to No only if the warehouse is not currently offline.

Entering the stock status allowed for the warehouse – An overview

Edit Warehouse Information- A summary of the activity

In this page, you can specify the statuses that are allowed for stocks in the warehouse. For example, you can prevent parts of type “Scrap” from being issued from the warehouse or returned to the warehouse. The system lists all the user-defined stock statuses defined in the “User defined stock status” business component, from which you can select the stock statuses that are allowed in the warehouse.
