Edit Pack Slip – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to search and modify the pack slip. You can modify the details of the storage of the parts, quantity of the parts, the address details of the customer and also the details of the certificates attached to the part.

You are also provided with option of confirming or canceling the pack slip. On confirming the pack slip, the status of the pack slip is updated as “Confirmed”. Similarly on cancellation the status get updated as  “Cancelled”.

Modify pack slip details

You can modify the details of the pack slip, which contains the information pertaining to the customer, parts and the shipping and packaging details.

• Use the “Select Pack Slip #” page, to select the pack slip to be modified.

• Go to the “EditPack Slip” page, to modify the pack slip details.

Enter storage information

You can enter the storage details for the pack slip.

• Use the “Edit Pack Slip” page, to modify the pack slip details.

• Go to the “Edit Storage Details” page, to record the storage details for the pack slip.

Modify customer address details

You can modify the address details of the customer for whom the pack slip is created.

• Use the “Edit Pack Slip” page, to modify the pack slip.

• Go to the “Edit Address Details” page, to modify the address details of the customer.

Modify certificate details

You can modify the certificate details attached to the pack slip.

• Use the “Edit Pack Slip” page, to modify the pack slip.

• Go to the “Edit Certificate Details” page, to modify the certificate details.

Modify reference details

You can modify the details of the reference documents attached to the pack slip.

• Use the “Edit Pack Slip” page, to modify  the pack slip.

• Go to the “Edit Reference Details” page, to modify the reference information.
