This page enables you to view the details of completion of the task(s) for a maintenance object (aircraft or component) . Tell me more
Select the “Track Maintenance Compliance History” link under the "Aircraft Maintenance Program" business component.
The “Track Maintenance Compliance History” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed and are to be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the aircraft for which compliance history must be retrieved:
Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the action that you wish to carry out on compliance records. The drop-down list box displays the following: Audit, Manage, Verification and View. Note: The customer # is available only if at least one Aircraft Reg # or Component # exists with “Ownership” as "Customer" in the interacting “Aircraft” business component. In the adjacent field, you can enter the required identifier in full or specify it partially using the wild card “*’ character. |
Note: The system ensures and validates the following:
The maximum allowed date range is 365 days.
If no date is entered the system defaults ‘Compliance To’ date with current server date and retrieves the tasks accordingly.
If only “Compliance From Date” is entered, the system computes the “Compliance To Date” as the date 1 year later to the “Compliance From Date” or the Current date, whichever date is earlier.
The Compliance Date rules are not applicable under the following conditions:
If the “Maint. Object” is selected as "Part # / Serial #”.
If the “Additional Search On” is selected as "Work Unit # / Task #"
If the ‘Display Option’ is selected as “Pending Compliance”.

Update compliance information
Select the records that you want to save.
From the button combo under the multiline, select
The “Verify “ button to complete verification of the compliance record.
The “Audit” button to complete audit of the compliance record.
The “Save” button to save compliance record.
The “Reverse” button to revert the compliance record to the Pending status.
Note: The button bar displays buttons based on access rights granted to users. See table for more details.
Select the "Update Compliance" pushbutton to save changes made to compliance information.
Note: 1) The Update Compliance pushbutton is available only if Search On is selected as ‘Compliance Correction’. 2) You cannot update compliance, if the complied task has already been verified. However, if you wish to update compliance of a verified task, you must reverse the compliance, modify data and then update compliance. 3) Similarly, you cannot update compliance, if the complied task has already been audited. However, if the process parameter 'Allow Correction/Deletion of Audited Task in “Track Maintenance Compliance History” screen’ under entity ‘Compliance’ of entity type ‘Tech Records Process Ctrl’ in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master is 1/Yes, you can modify and update compliance details. See table for more details.
On correction of compliance records, the system updates information for maintenance object and task in the following way,
Sets the Compliance Date & Time to the New Compliance Date & Time. For usage-based schedule, sets the Compliance Date & Time of all the parameters to an identical New Compliance Date & Time.
Sets the Complied value of the parameter of the task to its New Complied Value.
Sets the Compliance Mode of the parameter of the task to “Corrected”.
Sets the Execution Doc. Type as “Manual” for all updated compliance records.
Sets the Execution Doc to the New Execution. Doc. For usage-based schedule, sets the Execution. Doc. of all the updated parameters of the task to an identical New Execution. Doc.
Computation of NSD / NSV based on ‘Change Type’:
If the ‘Change Type’ is set as “Correction”, on correction of complied value from ‘Compliance History’, NSV needs to be recomputed based on:
Threshold value or Repeat Interval if task is not complied at least once.
‘Update Basis’ (Time Window, Schedule or Actual Completion) set in the last instance of compliance.
If the ‘Change Type’ is set as “Correction”, on correction of complied value from ‘Compliance History’,, NSD needs to be recomputed based on:
"Reference Basis" (Induction or Operational date) if task is not complied at least once.
‘Update Basis’ (Time Window, Schedule or Actual Completion) set in the last instance of compliance.
If the ‘Change Type’ is set as “Re-baseline”, on correction of complied value from ‘Compliance History’,:
NSV is re-computed based on LPD / LPV entered by the user.
Update of computation basis controls - Section A
Update of computation basis controls - Section B
Delete compliance records
Select all parameter as well as date compliance records belonging to the task you want to delete.
Select the Delete Compliance pushbutton to delete compliance records.
Note: The Delete Compliance pushbutton is available only if Search On is selected as ‘Compliance Correction’.
On deleting compliance of a task, the system updates the maintenance program of the aircraft in the following way,
Flips back schedules to schedules prior to compliance
Sets Schedule Status of the task to “Active”
Re-computes and updates NSD/NSV for the task
Re-forecasts maintenance program
However, you cannot delete a compliance instance of a task, if
Any of the related tasks of the relationship type Initiate Schedule has already been complied with or allocated to an execution document later than the Compliance Date & Time of the parent task.
Any of the related tasks of the relationship type Supersede Schedule has already been complied with or allocated to an execution document later than the Compliance Date & Time of the parent task.
It is not the latest compliance record. However, you can delete records preceding the latest compliance record along with the latest the compliance record.
To proceed carry out the following,
Ensure that at least one record is selected from the “Compliance Details” multiline.
Select the “Inquire Short Term Escalation Status" link to view the deferment details of the work units in the program of the maintenance object.
Select the “Record AME” link to create Execution Ref # for the maintenance object.

Select the “View Component Parameter Values” link to view parameters values of the component selected in the multiline.
Tracking maintenance compliance history of aircraft/component– An overview
This page enables you to view the details of completion of the task(s) for a maintenance object (aircraft or component) You can carry out a search for the aircraft based on the aircraft registration number, the task for which the compliance details must be viewed, schedule ID of the task and the period for which you wish to view the compliance details.
Based on the search criteria, the system retrieves the details of compliance such as the scheduled dates and values of the unit task(s), the actual completion date of the task(s), the organizational unit in which the task was executed and the reference document based on which it was executed. In addition to recording compliance for tasks, users can also perform the following:
Modify/correct compliance records of tasks
Delete compliance records of tasks.
