The “Select Maintenance Program” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed and to be entered, in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Maintenance Program #

The maintenance program to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

Revision #

The revision number of the program to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 40).

To search for a maintenance program

Maintenance Program #

The maintenance program to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the maintenance program number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all maintenance programs with similar numbers.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve maintenance programs based on the status. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “Active”, “Inactive”, “Cancel", "Confirmed" and “Revised”.  Leave the field blank to retrieve maintenance programs irrespective of its status.

Program Desc

The description of the program to be edited (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all programs with similar description.

Program Category

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve programs belonging to a specific category. The system lists all quick codes of type “Program Category” defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft for which you wish to retrieve the maintenance program (Alphanumeric, 30). Enter the aircraft registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all maintenance programs specified for similar aircrafts.

Primary Model #

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve maintenance programs created for specific models. The system lists all aircraft models created in the “Create Aircraft Model” activity of the “Aircraft” business component, which are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve work packages attached to all aircraft models. The system leaves the field blank by default.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Maintenance Program #

The maintenance program retrieved by the system.

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance program.

Content Available

Indicates whether schedules, dependent work units and schedules for dependent work units are already defined for the maintenance program. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Program Desc

The description of the maintenance program.

Primary Model #

The primary aircraft model specified for the maintenance program.

Program Category

The category to which the program belongs.

Status

The status of the maintenance program.

Revision Date

The date on which the maintenance program was revised.

You can directly enter the maintenance program and its revision number if you know the exact number. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the maintenance program number, its status, program description, program category, the aircraft on which the maintenance program can be performed and the primary model for which the maintenance program is applicable. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the maintenance programs for viewing in the multiline.
