Viewing the history of maintenance events carried out as a part of the aircraft maintenance program

This page enables you to view the various maintenance events that have been performed as a part of the maintenance program for a specific aircraft. Tell me more

Select the “View Execution History of Maint. Event” link in the main page.

The “View Execution History of Maintenance Event” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed and to be entered, in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following information in the “Maintenance Program Information” group box.

Maintenance Program #	The maintenance program for which the maintenance events information must be specified.
Program Desc	The description of the maintenance program.
Primary Model #	The primary model to which the program is applicable.
Revision #	The revision number of the maintenance program.

Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the maintenance event execution history must be viewed:

Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft for which the maintenance history execution details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves the maintenance event execution details for aircrafts with similar registration numbers.
Maintenance Event	Use the drop-down list box to select the maintenance event for which the execution history details must be viewed. The system lists all the maintenance events defined in the “Maintain Maintenance Events” activity in the “Common Masters” business component which are in the “Active” status.
Exe. Date: From	The date from which the execution history details must be retrieved (Date Format).
Exe. Date: To	The date till which the execution history details must be retrieved (Date Format).

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.

Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the execution history details of maintenance events in the “Execution Details” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the maintenance event is carried out.
Maintenance Event	The maintenance event for which the execution details are retrieved.
Execution Date	The date on which the maintenance event was executed.
Executed At	The organization unit in which the maintenance event was executed.
Execution Doc #	The document number with reference to which the maintenance event was executed.
Document Type	The type of the document with reference to which the maintenance event was executed. The system displays “Visit Package”, “Hangar Work Order”, “Line Work Order” and “Tech Log”.

You can carry out a search for the aircraft for which maintenance event details that have been executed for a specific period must be viewed. The system displays the details of the maintenance events such as the maintenance event, the date on which the maintenance event was executed, the organization unit in which it was executed and the document with reference to which the maintenance event was carried out are retrieved in the multiline
