Selecting aircraft maintenance program quick code for modification

This page allows you to select a quick code that has to be modified. Tell me more.
Select the “Modify Quick Codes” link under the “Aircraft Maintenance Program” business component.
The “Quick Codes Selection” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria to search for a quick code. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Quick Code Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the quick code to be modified. The system provides the options “Package Category” and “Program Category”. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the quick code to be modified. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave this field blank to retrieve quick codes irrespective of their status. The system displays “Active” by default. |

Quick Code |
The quick code for which the details must be modified (Alphanumeric, 25). You can enter the quick code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the quick codes that are similar to the value entered here. |

Description |
The description of the quick code to be modified (Alphanumeric, 80). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the quick codes with descriptions similar to the description entered here. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

Quick Code |
The quick code retrieved by the system. |

Description |
The textual description of the quick code. |
|
Status |
The status of the quick code, which could be either “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the quick code for modification.
