Modifying aircraft maintenance program quick codes
This page allows you to modify quick code information. Tell me more.
Select the “Modify Quick Code Information” link at the bottom of the “Quick Codes Selection” page.
The “Edit Quick Codes” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following field:
Quick Code Type |
The type of the selected quick code, which could be “Package Category” or “Program Category” or "MPD Group". |
Enter the following field:
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the quick code. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. |
Set the status as “Inactive” if you wish to disable the quick code from future reference in other activities. |
The system displays the following field:
Quick Code |
The quick code selected in the main page, for which the details are modified. |
Enter the following field:
Description |
The textual description of the quick code (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory. This field should not be left blank. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the quick code. |
Created Date |
The date on which the quick code was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the quick code. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the quick code was last modified. |
Click the “Edit Quick Codes” pushbutton to update the modified details of the quick code.
Modifying aircraft maintenance program quick codes - An overview
This page allows you to modify the details of the selected quick code. Details such as the description and status can be modified. The system updates the details of the quick code and sets the “Last Modified Date” to the server date.
