You can move an aircraft from one sub fleet to another.

Note: If forecast has been created for the subfleet then you can move the aircraft only if the current sub fleet forecast (to which the aircraft is attached) and target sub fleet forecast are in either “closed “ or “cancel” status.

The “Move Aircraft Across Sub Fleets” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Current Sub Fleet Details” group box:

Sub Fleet #

The number identifying the sub fleet from where the aircraft must be moved.

Note: You can move aircraft only if the current sub fleet is in the “Active” status.

Sub Fleet Desc

The textual description of the sub fleet.

Zoom facility available.

Last Forecast Start Date

The starting date of the last forecast generated for the current sub fleet.

Last Forecast End Date

The ending date of the last forecast generated for the current sub fleet.

Sub Fleet #

Use the drop-down list box to select the sub fleet to which the aircraft must be moved. The system displays all the active sub fleet mapped to the login user.

The system displays the following:

Sub Fleet Desc

The textual description of the target sub fleet.

Zoom facility available.

Last Forecast Start Date

The starting date of the last forecast generated for the target sub fleet.

Last Forecast End Date

The ending date of the last forecast generated for the target sub fleet.

The system displays the following in the “Aircraft Movement Details” multiline:

Note: The system displays all the aircraft associated with the current sub fleet.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number identifying the aircraft.

Aircraft Model

The model to which the aircraft belongs.

Note: The system moves the aircraft only when the forecast status, of the current and the target sub fleet, is “Closed” or “Cancelled”.

The system updates the status of a sub fleet to “Inactive”, if all the aircraft in the sub fleet are moved to another sub fleet.

Move aircraft to different sub fleet

You can move the aircraft to another ‘active’ sub fleet, from the current active sub fleet.

The target sub fleet should be in the “Active” status.
