Parts Hub
This page allows you to request parts for maintenance.
Select the “Parts Hub” activity under the “Aircraft Execution Hub” business component.
The “Parts Hub” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search” group box:
Exe. Doc. # |
The number identifying the reference document relating to the task execution. Mandatory. Ensure that the reference document specified here is a valid document. Default field display based on process parameter dependency: Depending on the value of the process parameter “Default last worked Exe. Doc. for the login user in Work Reporting Hub?” under the entity type 'Package Type' and entity '--All Packages—“ in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master, the field displays the AME Ref. # that you last worked with on your previous visit to the hub. Read the below table for details.

Search For |
Enter the Task #, Type, Description or ATA # based on which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the execution document details in the multiline.
Select the task or discrepancy from the execution document that you wish to work with.
Task / Discrep. # |
Use the drop down list box to select the task / discrepancy. The field can be left as “All” or a specific task can be selected. |
The system displays the following fields:
Type |
The type of the task. |
Status |
The status of the task. |
Description |
The textual description of the task. |

Reporting Date & Time |
The date and time worked on. |
Click the “Parts Requirements / Requests" tab to request for parts.
Click the "Part Attach/Remove" tab to perform component replacements in bulk.
Data Views in the tabs
Select any of the following radio buttons:
Simple |
Select this radio button to view/record vital details of the Parts Requirements / Requests or Part Attach / Remove tab. |

Detail |
Select this radio button to view/record entire details of the material requests or component replacements. The Detail view can be made the default view for both the Parts Requirements / Requests and Part Attach / Remove tabs based on the process parameters defined under the entity type Package Type and the entity All user defined package types including 'Log Card' in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master.
