Select the following to categorize tasks / discrepancies for display in the tree.

Group By |
Use the drop-down list box to select a package attribute on the basis of which you want to show packages in the tree. The drop-down list box displays: Work Status, Sign Off-Status, Estimation Status, Hold Status, Job Type, ATA #, Exe. Phase, Exec. Category, Zone #, Skill # and Work Area #. |

Show only open items |
Select the check box to display only open tasks and discrepancies in the tree. Leave the check box deselected to consider all tasks and discrepancies regardless of the status for tree display. |
Select the “Apply Filter” pushbutton.
Expand the tree in the Work Reporting Hub page to see the tasks / discrepancies grouped under specific parameter options
You can prefer to view the tasks / discrepancies in the tree under the specific package attributes. The packages will be grouped / displayed in the tree on the basis of the package attribute you choose to select. For example, if you select Job Type as the “Group By” option, the tree will show the tasks / discrepancies under the Aircraft node. The tree hierarchy would be:
Package > Discrepancies > Aircraft > Discrepancy #
Package >Tasks > Aircraft> Discrepancy #
Or if you have selected ATA # as Group By, the tree will show tasks / discrepancies from the selected package under the individual ATA # nodes. The tree hierarchy would be:
Package > Discrepancies > ATA # > Discrepancy #
Package >Tasks > ATA # > Discrepancy #
