Select Documents for Processing

Select the “Manage Eng. Impact for Customer Contracts” link under the “Engineering document” business component.

The “Select Documents for Processing” page appears.

Tiles section

On click of the icon, you can see the following tiles:

Pending Impact: This tile displays the count of MCR in the "Confirmed" status for which no Impact Assessment documents has been created even though the “Impact Assessment?” has been set as ‘Required’.
Pending Confirmation: This tile displays the count of the Impact Assessment documents in the ‘Fresh’ status.
Pending Internal Approval: This tile displays the count of the Impact Assessment documents with "Internal Approval Status" as “Pending Approval”.
Pending Engineering Approval: This tile displays the count of the Impact Assessment documents with "Eng. Approval Status" as “Pending Approval”.
Pending Customer Approval: This tile displays the count of the Impact Assessment documents with "Cust. Quote Approval Status" as “Pending Approval”.
Approved Assessments: This tile displays the count of the Impact Assessment documents in the Approved status.

Note: The above tile will also retrieve the Assessment documents with Cust. Quote Approval Status set as ‘Approved’ regardless of Internal Approval Status and Engg. Approval Status. This means documents in the Partially Approved status with Internal Approval Status and Engg. Approval Status not yet approved will also be retrieved in the above tile.

Rejected Assessments: This tile displays the count of the Impact Assessment documents in the Rejected status.
Click on the required tile to display the related documents in the “Impact Assessment Details” multiline. However, by default, the ‘Approvals’ tab appears on clicking any of the following tiles:
Pending Internal Approvals
Pending Engineering Approvals
Pending Customer Quote Approvals
Approved Assessments
Rejected Assessments

Search section

Select the icon to open Search section.
Enter the following fields to retrieve the reference / impact documents.

Ref. Doc. type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the reference document for which you want to create Impact Assessment document. The drop-down list box displays the following: MCR.
Ref. Doc. #/Rev. #	The reference document and the revision of the reference document for which you want to create Impact Assessment document.
Search By	Use the drop-down list box to select the attribute on which you want to retrieve documents. The drop-down list box displays the following: Impact Assessment # and External Ref.#.

Click the “Go” pushbutton to display the documents that match the specified criteria in the “Impact Assessment Details” multiline.

Ref. Doc. Type	The type of the reference document for which you want to create the Impact Assessment document.
Ref. Doc. #	The unique identifier for the reference document. Click the data hyperlink to access the “View Material Change Request” page to view details of the MCR for which you want to create the Impact Assessment document.
Ref. Doc. Rev. #	The revision number of the reference document.
Assessment #	The unique identifier for the Impact Assessment document.
Assessment Rev. #	The revision number of the Impact Assessment document. Select the data hyperlink to access the Impact Assessment document already created for the reference document / MCR.
Assessment Status	The status of the Impact Assessment document, such as Approved or Pending Approval.
Assessment Date	The date on which the Impact Assessment document was generated.
Assessment Summary	A synopsis of the contents of the Impact Assessment document.
Subject	The subject matter of the Impact Assessment document.
Source Doc. Type	The type of the source document for the reference document
External Ref. #	The unique identifier of the external reference for the Impact Assessment document.
Internal Approval Status	The internal approval status of the Impact Assessment document, such as Approved or Pending Approval.
Engineering Approval Status	The engineering approval status of the Impact Assessment document, such as Approved or Pending Approval.
Cust. Quote Approval Quote Status	The customer quotes approval status of the Impact Assessment document, such as Approved or Pending Approval.

Select the required record in the multiline and then select the “Create Impact Assessment Document” link to create the “Impact Assessment” document for the MCR.
