This page allows you to view the processing details of  the MCR.  Tell me more

The “View MCR Processing Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “MCR Details” group box:

Process Ref. #

The number identifying the MCR # and Revision # combination for which the processing details are displayed.

Process Ref. Status

The status of the Process Ref. # for an MCR # - Revision # combination for which the processing details are displayed. The system displays “Fresh” or “Confirmed”.

MCR #

The number identifying the MCR for which the processing details are displayed.

Revision #

The revision number of the change request,

Subject

The textual description of the change request.

Source Doc. Type

The type of the source document to which the change request belongs.

The system displays the following fields in the “Processing Details” group box:

Execution Decision

The decision whether to proceed with the execution of the change request. The system displays “Execute”, “Not to Execute” or “Hold” the change request.

Reason For Non-Execution

The reason for non-execution of the change request.

Processing Comments

Any comments pertaining to the processing details of the change request.

The system displays the following fields in the “Effectivity Details” multiline:

Aircraft Reg. #

The aircraft registration number for which the change request is applicable.

Part #

The part for which the change request is applicable.

Serial #

The serial number of the part for which the change request is applicable.

Applicable?

The change request if applicable for the maintenance object.  The system displays, “Yes”, “No”  or “Hold”.

Mode of Execution

The mode in which the maintenance object is executed. The system displays “New Eng. Doc”, “Existing Eng. Doc” or “Revised Eng. Doc”.

Eng. Doc Type

The engineering document type of the change request.

Eng. Doc #

The unique identifier of the engineering document.

Eng. Doc Rev. #

The revision number of the engineering document.

Eng. Doc Appl. Grp.#

The number identifying the engineering document applicability group

Action on Rev. Effectivity

Indicates whether the aircraft or component effectivity details of the engineering document is compiled from the previous revision to the new revision number.

Reason For Non-Execution

The reason for non-execution of the change request.

Applicability Notes

Any notes pertaining to the selection of applicability.

Prev. Comp. Date

The date of previous compliance of the engineering document.

Prev. Comp. Doc #

The code identifying the document that was previously complied.

Processing Comments

Any comments pertaining to the processing details.

Eng. Doc Status

The status of the engineering document.

Effectivity Status

Indicates whether the maintenance object (Aircraft Reg. # or Part # - Serial #) record is already a part of the list of the engineering document associated for further processing.  The system displays “Effective” or “Non-Effective”.

Compliance Status

Indicates whether the compliance against the maintenance object (Aircraft Reg. # or Part # - Serial #) is pending for completion. The system displays either: “Pending”, “Partially Complied”, and “Complied”.

Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the aircraft model of the ‘Aircraft Reg. #’.

Eng. Doc Processed?

Indicates whether the maintenance object has been associated to an engineering document for execution.

Created by

The login user id of the employee who created the process reference

Created Date

The date on which the process reference was created.

Last Modified by

The login user id of the person who last modified the process reference

Last Modified Date

The date on which the process reference was last modified.

Confirmed by

The login user id of the person who confirmed the process reference.

Confirmed Date

The date on which the process reference was confirmed.

The system displays the following fields in the “Meeting Details” group box:

Meeting Ref. #

The unique reference number of the meeting.

Meeting Date

The date on which the meeting took place

Approval #

The number identifying the approval document

Approved Date

The date on which the details of the MCR # and Revision # was approved

Chair Person

The name of the chair person in the meeting  

Regulatory Authority

The regulatory authority. The system lists all the "Active" 'Regulatory Authority Codes' defined in the “Common Masters” business component currently interacting with the login OU.  The system leaves the field blank by default.

Viewing MCR Processing Details – An overview

Process MCR - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the processing history of the change request. The MCR details, the processing details such as executive decision, reason for non-execution of the change request, along with the effectivity details of the change request can be viewed. Also, the names or codes of the members of the management committee who attended the meeting and the regulatory authority of the meeting will be displayed.
